The CLOUD NEST ROOFTOP BAR at Hilton Kyoto begins its spring season on March 20, 2026 (Friday/public holiday). Situated on the hotel's rooftop in the heart of Kyoto, this seasonal bar offers panoramic views of the city along with a newly revamped menu for spring.
The bar is open daily from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM (last order 9:00 PM) during the spring and early summer season. As it operates seasonally, guests are advised to contact the hotel for the latest operating schedule, as hours are subject to change due to weather or other circumstances.

Gin is poured over a floating cotton candy cloud, creating a visual transformation in the glass. Color, aroma, and sweetness gradually blend together to evoke the look of the "magic hour" as evening transitions to night.

A hearty burger featuring the robust umami of Near Omi beef, wrapped in creamy basil pesto and burrata, with Kyoto pickled salsa adding a sharp accent. The menu also includes a Chicken Slider Trio, Shrimp & Chips, and a Lasagna Skewer — a playful skewer version of classic lasagna.
Cloud Nest Signature Dessert "Above the Cloud" — ¥2,000

A colorful balloon-shaped chocolate shell encloses coffee-soaked white chocolate cream and praline, topped with a light dark rum foam designed to resemble a cloud. Rich in aroma yet surprisingly light on the palate.

Signature Lunch Box — ¥3,500

A picnic-style lunch box serving two sandwiches: a grilled chicken breast with honey mustard, avocado, lettuce, and cucumber; and a grilled eggplant and zucchini sandwich with sun-dried tomato pesto and fresh mozzarella. Comes with salad and dessert.
