(Japan Camping Car Rental Center), one of Japan's leading camping car rental services, is teaming up with Hoshino Resorts — which operates 81 properties in Japan and abroad under the theme of making travel more fun — to launch a camping car plan for freely touring the Hokkaido Powder Belt, the vast ski region spanning central Hokkaido. Sales begin on September 10, 2026.
By combining the mobility of a camping car with Hoshino Resorts' high-quality service, the plan lets travelers freely choose which slopes to hit each day based on the weather and snow conditions, while enjoying hotel breakfast, large communal baths, saunas, and wax bars without needing a reservation. It's a new kind of luxurious, free-roaming winter trip.
