Hotel Gracery Ginza (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Kotaro Murasawa) is renovating all 108 rooms across its 10th to 13th floors into a new room type called the "Executive Floor Smart Room." Each room comes with a tablet that lets guests freely control the bed, lighting, and curtains. The renewed floors are set to reopen on October 1, 2026, and advance reservations for stays after the renewal opened on July 1, 2026.
Compact Luxury in the Heart of Ginza
The renovation is built around a "Luxury Compact" concept, aiming to make efficient use of space while pairing an atmosphere that fits in with the streets of Ginza with advanced in-room functionality. Despite their compact footprint, the rooms emphasize quality materials, combining a base of natural teak wood with simple, easy-to-use furniture for a refined, executive-floor atmosphere.
A Tablet for Every Room
Beyond simply "using" a room, the renovation aims to let guests "adjust" it to their own preferences for a new kind of stay. Every room is equipped with a tablet that lets guests freely control their surroundings: the electric adjustable bed can be tilted to match the time of day or personal preference, while room lighting brightness and curtains are also operated through the tablet.
In-Room Amenities
Rooms are fitted with beauty brand ReFa's "ReFa BEAUTECH DRYER S+" hairdryer and "ReFa FINE BUBBLE U" high-function shower head. A welcome drink of sparkling wine is also provided in each room. (The welcome drink is not offered to guests under 20 years old.)
