The Dining & Bar "Applause" on the 19th floor of Hotel Granvia Okayama is running a special dinner plan from May 7 (Thursday) to June 30 (Tuesday), 2026. Titled the "BBQ or Sweets Party Plan," it lets guests decide on the night whether they want a filling BBQ meat course or an elegant seafood-and-sweets spread—then enjoy a shared mini buffet and drink bar alongside their chosen main.

For Meat Lovers: Applause Style BBQ Party Plan
Centered on a platter of carefully grilled meats and served with garlic rice, this plan is built around locally sourced proteins prepared by the hotel's chefs.


The meat selection includes Okayama Shinrin-dori chicken thigh fritter accented with yuzu pepper, Biseimachi-raised Sangen pork "Tonchikan" shoulder loin grilled, and domestic wagyu Ichibo roti finished with a whisky-infused BBQ sauce.

This plan pairs a rich seafood-forward meal with a vibrant sweets plate to finish.

After a full-flavored seafood bouillabaisse and a bouillabaisse-style cream pasta, guests are presented with a colorful sweets party plate. The dessert spread includes cherry pie, chocolate chunk cookie, pink brownie, New York cheesecake, fresh fruit, and more.

Mini Buffet Included with Both Plans
