Hotel Metropolitan's top-floor Ovest Dining & Bar is introducing spring-themed prefix-style lunch and dinner menus for the March to April season. Located on the 25th floor with panoramic views from 100 meters above ground, the venue offers customizable meal options perfect for spring gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions.

About the Spring Menu Period

From March 2 to May 6, 2026, Ovest Dining & Bar will feature two distinctive prefix-style menus that allow guests to mix and match their preferred dishes. The restaurant, which reopened on September 8, 2025, celebrates its six-month anniversary with these specially designed seasonal offerings.

The Ovest Lunch features a colorful appetizer plate inspired by spring flower gardens. The "Health & Beauty Chicken and Salmon Mimosa-style Salad Plate" combines kale, low-potassium lettuce, root vegetables, wild vegetables, and herbs with steamed chicken and salmon, served with house-made vegetable-based dressing.

Pasta options

Guests can choose from six main dish options. The fish option features grilled seasonal cherry sea bream with a fluffy texture and crispy skin, complemented by a refreshing lemon and olive oil-based salmorejo sauce. Meat selections include three options: pork served with compatible tomato sauce, beef sirloin with rich gravy sauce, and beef fillet with concentrated umami in a gravy sauce.
