Three Hotels, Three Different Pools in Maihama
Premium hotel MONday Maihama View I — A Rooftop Pool for Day and Night
The rooftop pool here takes on two different looks: an open-air day pool for splashing around under blue skies, and a night pool that turns dreamlike once the lights come on. Guests can enjoy the pool with family during the day, then unwind here with friends or a partner in the evening.
By popular demand, the hotel has extended its free pool campaign for guests through August 31, 2026 — anyone staying at the hotel through that date can use the pool at no extra charge. Guests who have dinner at the in-house restaurant K6 also receive one pizza, fresh from the oven, free of charge.
Premium hotel MONday Maihama View II — Rooftop Views That Change Through the Day
Set on the hotel's top floor, this rooftop pool overlooks Maihama's scenery as it shifts through the day — from an open, sunlit atmosphere, to a beautiful sunset sky, to a night view after dark.
To mark the hotel's opening, guests staying between September 11 and October 12, 2026 can use the pool free of charge.
GRAND MONday Resort Tokyo Bay Maihama — A Lagoon Pool Open All Year
"MAIHAMA LAGOON," this hotel's outdoor lagoon pool, adjusts its water temperature to match the outside air, so it stays comfortable to use throughout the year. It's a sunlit, open space by day, takes on views of Tokyo Bay at dusk, and turns into an atmospheric, lit-up night pool after dark.
The pool area also includes jet baths and a kids' pool about 40 cm deep for young children, plus a barrel sauna, making it a resort-style option for families and couples alike.

GOOD PIZZA FACTORY K6 — Premium hotel MONday Maihama View I
The in-house restaurant K6 bakes fresh pizza in a proper pizza oven, with a fragrant crust and chewy texture that has become one of the hotel's signature dishes — a good choice for dinner after a day at the pool or a nearby theme park.
Steak & Hamburg EDGE — Premium hotel MONday Maihama View II
EDGE serves grilled dishes made with carefully selected ingredients, from breakfast through dinner. The calm dining space works well for a meal with family or friends, or simply for unwinding during a hotel stay.
ISLE - Pool Club Restaurant - — GRAND MONday Resort Tokyo Bay Maihama

Rooms here can sleep up to six guests, giving families, three-generation trips, and larger groups room to spread out. The hotel also has a large communal bath and sauna, so guests can relax and recover after a day at the theme park or the pool.
Families traveling with small children can also borrow items such as baby beds, bed guards, potty seats, and step stools, along with kids' amenities and loungewear.
Premium hotel MONday Maihama View II (opening September 11, 2026)
Rooms range up to a suite of about 75 square meters that sleeps eight, and some rooms come with a kitchen fitted with a grill from the German kitchen brand Gaggenau. The spacious rooms suit both families with young children and larger group trips, and the hotel also features a sauna supervised by "Sugoi Sauna."
GRAND MONday Resort Tokyo Bay Maihama (opening July 18, 2026)
This is hotel MONday Group's first resort-brand property. Every room is ocean-front, and the hotel also includes the year-round lagoon pool "MAIHAMA LAGOON," a barrel sauna, a large communal bath supervised by "Sugoi Sauna," and a BBQ area — enough variety on-site for a full stay without leaving the hotel.
