In France, April Fools' Day is called "Poisson d'avril (April's fish)," and there is a traditional custom of eating fish-motif sweets. During this season, fish-shaped chocolates, cakes, and pies line the patisseries and chocolateries throughout the city, celebrating the arrival of spring in a vibrant way. Inspired by this unique French custom, this year two varieties of "Poisson d'Avril" are available, featuring playful fish expressions that bring smiles. One version is decorated abundantly with bright red strawberries, the fruit in season, while the other features a colorful array of various fruits.
