Hotel New Grand Spring Celebration Dinner

Perfect for spring celebrations including the Peach Festival, graduations, and new beginnings, these authentic French courses showcase seasonal ingredients. The menu highlights include white asparagus with its sweet seasonal flavor, and tender, colorful salmon prepared to perfection. For the main dish, guests can choose between herb-roasted bone-in lamb or a luxurious beef dish featuring two different preparations. The courses conclude with desserts celebrating spring's arrival through gentle sweetness, featuring cherry blossom and matcha. Guests can enjoy these colors and aromas of spring while overlooking Yokohama Port's blue sea and sky in the elegant ship-themed restaurant.

Opened in 1927 (Showa 2) as a symbol of Yokohama's recovery from the Great Kanto Earthquake, Hotel New Grand is a prestigious European-style classic hotel.
