Hotel New Grand (10 Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama / General Manager: Hirofumi Kiso) will offer a limited-edition "Matcha Parfait" from March 1 (Sunday) to March 31 (Tuesday), 2026, showcasing the beauty of Japanese spring through traditional ingredients and vibrant presentation.

Hotel New Grand Matcha Parfait

The March-exclusive parfait features a mochi-wrapped strawberry on top, with flavors reminiscent of fruit anmitsu including red bean paste, shiratama dumplings, and apricots. The visually striking presentation tells a story of spring through Japanese ingredients and colors.

The parfait layers hojicha and matcha ice cream above a hidden matcha roll, complemented by crispy kinako cookies and aromatic matcha sauce.
