Hotel New Grand (10 Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama / General Manager: Hirofumi Kiso) will offer a limited-edition "Matcha Parfait" from March 1 (Sunday) to March 31 (Tuesday), 2026, showcasing the beauty of Japanese spring through traditional ingredients and vibrant presentation.

The March-exclusive parfait features a mochi-wrapped strawberry on top, with flavors reminiscent of fruit anmitsu including red bean paste, shiratama dumplings, and apricots. The visually striking presentation tells a story of spring through Japanese ingredients and colors.

The parfait layers hojicha and matcha ice cream above a hidden matcha roll, complemented by crispy kinako cookies and aromatic matcha sauce. Each spoonful reveals new flavors as you progress through the glass, finishing with refreshing matcha jelly and apricot at the bottom that leaves a lingering taste of spring. This limited-edition parfait is recommended for tea time during the blooming season.
