"Wafu Teppanyaki Shioji," the Japanese-style teppanyaki restaurant on the top floor of Hotel Plaza Kobe in Higashinada, Kobe, is introducing three new premium Kobe beef courses starting June 3, 2026. The lineup runs from ¥40,000 to ¥80,000 and brings together carefully sourced Kobe beef with seasonal ingredients from both land and sea.


"Wadatsumi" — Premium Kobe Beef & Ocean Delicacies Course|¥80,000
The top-tier "Wadatsumi" course combines specially selected Kobe beef with prized seafood — live lobster, live abalone, and premium Kobe beef sirloin and fillet — all prepared on the teppan iron plate. The course highlights the flavors of both land and sea, crafted to leave a lasting impression.
