A limited-time concept shop called ICE COUTURE (アイスクチュール) by POPPY has opened in Harajuku, Tokyo, reimagining the designs that apparel brand POPPY has built up over the years in the form of ice cream. Operated by Paw Inc., the shop opened on July 3, 2026, at 6-6-8-102 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku.
The shop offers six original ice cream flavors co-developed with Harlow ICE CREAM, a craft ice cream brand with locations in Kobe and Hiroo known for its focus on quality ingredients. A range of limited apparel items created specifically for the shop is also available.

Concept
The shop translates the design language that POPPY has long expressed through clothing into the form of ice cream. The aim is to make the world POPPY has cultivated over the years more approachable and playful for a limited time, capturing memories tied to clothing and anticipation for new releases in a frozen treat. From the flavors that unfold at first bite to visuals that invite a photo, the shop offers an experience built on the same attention to detail that defines POPPY.
Six Original Flavors Inspired by POPPY's Apparel
RED BOUQUET
A milky ice cream made with plenty of domestic dairy, combined with Amaou strawberries. The sweet-tartness of the strawberries and the richness of the milk bring out the best in each other in this classic flavor.

BROWN BOUQUE
A rich ice cream made with domestic dairy, combined with chocolate and orange peel. A subtle raspberry tartness adds an accent to this more grown-up flavor.

WARM COLOR MIX [VG]
A tropical sorbet based on organic coconut milk and soy milk, combined with strawberry, mango, apricot, and orange. The sweetness of the fruit and its refreshing tartness burst with every bite.

A vividly colored ice cream based on organic coconut milk and soy milk, combined with purple sweet potato paste. Matcha white chocolate cookies and almonds add an accent of texture.

MARBLE WATERCOLOUR [VG]
A refreshing sorbet based on organic coconut milk and soy milk, combined with kiwi purée and lemon. Its vivid blue-green color comes from スピナビル, balanced by a bright, refreshing tartness.

MONOCHROME BOUQUET [VG]
An ice cream made with organic soy milk and organic coconut milk, flavored with black sesame and white miso, paired with soft, sweet marshmallow. The balance of sweetness and saltiness leaves a lingering finish.
