Three Brands Open Simultaneously at Yokohama Hammerhead on May 16 — I'm donut?, dacō, and Neo Nice Burger

Three food brands — the fresh donut specialty shop I'm donut?, the bakery cafe dacō, and the handcrafted burger shop Neo Nice Burger — are opening simultaneously on the first floor of Yokohama Hammerhead on Saturday, May 16, 2026. The complex, located in the Minato Mirai Shin-ko district, is a mixed-use facility centered on food, combining restaurants, a hotel, and a cruise terminal.

The three brands, each covering a different genre of food, will be located side by side, giving visitors the option to enjoy multiple dining experiences in one visit. Each brand is also launching store-exclusive items available only at this location. With a combined 146 seats for dine-in, this opening represents the largest deployment to date for the operating group.

I'm donut? — Fresh Donut Specialty Shop

I'm donut? specializes in fresh donuts made with brioche dough incorporating pumpkin, fried at high temperature for a short time to create a crispy exterior with a soft, melt-in-your-mouth center.

At the Yokohama Hammerhead location, the lineup includes approximately 30 types of donuts, from classic favorites like the "I'm donut? Original" to store-exclusive creations. Among the exclusives is the "Matcha and Berry Cream Donut" (¥518 including tax), which pairs the deep flavor of matcha with the vibrant taste of berries.

The store's interior features bold yellow tones alongside raw, industrial materials. Donuts are displayed on a counter visible from the entrance, and customers can watch them being finished in real time. Takeout is available, and an adjacent eat-in space allows for dining on the spot.

dacō — Bakery Cafe

dacō is a bakery cafe built around the concept of an "urban bakery for modern needs," offering a variety of bite-sized, single-serving breads alongside a wide selection of drinks.

At the Yokohama Hammerhead location, around 30 types of bread and approximately 25 types of drinks are available, ranging from savory breads to sweet options and simply prepared breads that highlight the natural flavor of their ingredients. For the first time, dacō is introducing an eat-in-only "dacō Morning Plate" (¥1,100 including tax), featuring a croque monsieur made with Unzen Ham — a specialty from Nagasaki — along with a mini salad, honey fruit Greek granola, and a drink. This breakfast plate is available in limited quantities from opening time each day.

The interior is designed around a wooden counter with soft curves and round windows, evoking the feel of a ship's interior — a nod to Yokohama's port setting. Customers can browse the breads displayed over the counter before settling into the spacious eat-in area.

Neo Nice Burger — Handcrafted Burger Shop (Yokohama Debut)

Neo Nice Burger combines the casual accessibility of fast food with the quality of handcrafted cooking. The buns use domestically sourced wheat, and the homemade patties are prepared without fillers and cooked with care — the brand's aim is a burger that delivers the warmth of handmade food at fast-food speed.

The Yokohama Hammerhead menu features 14 burger varieties, including the signature "Neo Nice Burger" and three store-exclusive new burgers:

  • Teriyaki Egg Salad Cheese Burger (¥760 including tax): A satisfying burger with sweet-savory teriyaki sauce, egg salad, and cheddar cheese.
  • Lemon Tartar Salmon Egg Burger (¥780 including tax): A crispy fried salmon fillet burger with a refreshing lemon tartare sauce.
  • Double Salsa Cheese Junky Burger (¥760 including tax): A hearty burger with homemade cheese sauce seasoned with doubanjiang and gochujang, layered with additional arrabbiata spice.

This location will also be the first to offer beer. The "I'm craft?" original craft beer (¥990 including tax, dine-in only) features a fragrant aroma and a light, easy-drinking character that pairs well with the burgers.

The store's interior uses stainless steel and industrial materials while maintaining a sense of warmth. The open kitchen setup allows customers to watch burgers being assembled and cooked directly in front of them.
