Kirin Beverage's Kirin Gogo no Kocha (午後の紅茶) is opening limited-time shops at Christmas markets in three cities, Yokohama, Nagoya, and Sendai, starting in sequence from November 20 (Friday). The shops sell original tea drinks and food, with the hope that visitors will enjoy flavors that suit the cold winter and a tea experience that warms the heart. Gogo no Kocha is the No. 1 black tea beverage brand by unit sales (Intage SRI+, black tea beverage market, cumulative unit sales from January to December 2025).
From One City to Three
Last year, Gogo no Kocha made its first appearance at the Christmas Market in Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse (Christmas Market in 横浜赤レンガ倉庫). It offered colorful arranged teas, limited-edition food that let visitors enjoy the taste of black tea, and an original mug. About 85,000 customers (calculated from last year's sales data) visited during the period, and the shop was well received as a winter-only Gogo no Kocha experience.
In its second year, the shop expands to Nagoya and Sendai in addition to Yokohama.
- Popular drinks return. "Merry White Milk Tea" (メリーホワイトミルクティー), popular last year, comes back with adjusted toppings and sweetness. It has a look that suggests a white Christmas and a taste that is easier to drink. The spice-scented "Winter Chai" is also sold again.
- New drinks are planned. Four new arranged teas are planned, including "Holiday Milk Tea (Pistachio & Berry)," inspired by a Christmas tree, and "Butterscotch Milk Tea." Together with the returning drinks, the lineup totals six tea drinks.
- Food made with black tea powder. The pretzel, donuts, and churros are made with black tea powder selected by Gogo no Kocha, for a fragrant aroma and a rich flavor in every bite. They are planned for sale and suit pairing with a drink.
- A limited-edition mug. The original mug that was popular last year is planned for sale again in limited quantity, with a refreshed design. It is meant for enjoying a Christmas tea time at home as well as at the venue, and it is sold as a set with a tea drink of your choice.

Any tea drink can be changed to a menu that comes with the Gogo no Kocha original mug for an additional ¥900.
