The new product combines sweet-tart Setouchi lemon paste wrapped in mild white chocolate, sandwiched between cookies baked with fermented butter. Snow salt from Miyakojima, Okinawa adds a gentle saltiness that brings out the lemon's mild acidity and the richness of butter, finishing with a clean aftertaste. Chilling the cookies in the refrigerator or freezer gives them a satisfying, crispy texture.
The packaging features a sunny yellow background evoking a summer sky, with an illustration of Lily carrying a parasol adorned with a fluttering ribbon — a refined and seasonal design. The product makes a lovely summer souvenir from Hakata.
