The seasonal offering, titled "GROOVEN SPRING," launches on March 1, 2026, bringing cherry blossom-themed dishes and drinks to celebrate the arrival of spring.

JAM17 DINING features desserts inspired by blooming cherry blossom trees and sakura-filled parfaits. The restaurant's signature gas-fired stone oven prepares seasonal Japanese ingredients including meat and fish dishes with spring aromas and vibrant colors. Popular mocktails also receive a spring refresh with flavors evoking spring haze and forest buds.
JAM17 BAR offers two seasonal cocktails incorporating cherry blossom elements, while JAM17 GELATERIA presents sakura anpan, donuts with a hint of cherry blossom fragrance, and financiers.
Starting March 6, the entire hotel will be adorned with fresh cherry blossoms throughout. The spring season brings more opportunities for gatherings, making JAM17 DINING & BAR an ideal venue to enjoy cherry blossom season in a relaxed atmosphere.

Heartful Paloma
Inspired by Italy's dove-shaped Easter bread, this spring-themed twist on the cocktail "Paloma" (meaning dove) uses seasonal ingredients including cherry blossom, grapefruit, tequila, yuzu-flavored vodka, and blood orange to express spring's arrival.


Sakura Drop
Based on ROKU GIN, which uses cherry blossoms and bark as botanicals, combined with spring flowers including plum and peach. The refreshing flavor and green and chocolate flower patterns floating on the surface create soft colors and flavors that evoke the warming season.
