Joel Robuchon's Tokyo shops are celebrating Easter 2026 with two new limited-edition chocolate figures — a rabbit and the Year of the Horse zodiac animal — available for a limited time starting March 16, 2026.
The two Easter chocolates on offer this year are a Rabbit and a Horse (this year's Chinese zodiac sign). Both figures are made with a white chocolate body set on a crispy blond chocolate rocher base, and are fully edible from top to bottom. Inside each figure, you'll find "Amande Chocolat" — almonds coated in Valrhona chocolate — packaged in a small bag.
Each piece is handcrafted one by one by pastry chefs in a dedicated workshop, with attention paid to both appearance and layers of texture and flavor. They also make a lovely gift.
