Mellow Butter and Refreshing Lemon in Every Bite
The Butter Lemon Cake features New Zealand cultured butter and sugar-preserved Setouchi lemon peel baked into the batter, resulting in a soft and moist texture. Almond powder adds depth of flavor, while a glaze coating on the surface brings out the lemon's vibrant fragrance. The combination of the buttery richness and the clean, bright lemon flavor is said to be even more harmonious than before.
Chilling the cake before eating is also recommended for a cool, refreshing summer treat.
