KingFarmCafe is offering a new way to enjoy baumkuchen this summer with the launch of Frozen Baum Setouchi Lemon, a seasonal treat designed to be eaten straight from the freezer.
Wanting people to be able to enjoy delicious baumkuchen even in the hot summer months was the inspiration behind developing this frozen treat. Aiming for a refreshing flavor that feels inviting even in summer, the cafe fine-tuned every detail — the lemon's tartness and aroma, the balance with white chocolate, and the texture of eating it frozen — to perfect the product.
Baumkuchen, it turns out, doesn't freeze rock-hard, so it keeps a cool, moist texture even served frozen. It's a treat best suited to the height of summer, and KingFarmCafe's newest proposal for the season.

Six easy-to-eat mini rounds come packed together, perfect for a summer gift or a small present to bring along. Delivered frozen, this gift set is available only for a limited time this season. The mini rounds can also be purchased individually for ¥480 each.
Alongside the summer-only Frozen Baum Setouchi Lemon, KingFarmCafe offers a range of seasonal sweets, including the Momo Momo Momo no Momo Parfait, made with a generous amount of in-season peaches, and the Momo Momo Momo no Kakigori shaved ice, set to go on sale from July 18. The cafe plans to keep offering flavors that can only be enjoyed right now, made with seasonal ingredients, as part of its ongoing seasonal lineup.
