Swiss premium chocolate brand Läderach is rolling out a revamped tablet and carré (Carrés) collection starting June 8, 2026 (Monday), with summer-limited items featuring rich fruit flavors also launching at the same time.

The tablets (chocolate bars) allow you to fully appreciate the pure aromas and flavors of chocolate, while the square-shaped carrés are filled with delicate fillings. The new tablet and carré collection brings together timeless favorites — including milk and white chocolate — alongside four bold single-origin dark chocolates sourced from distinct cacao-growing regions. All are crafted using Läderach's freshly made couverture (pure liquid chocolate).
Single Origin Madagascar 64% — Made with sustainably grown, high-quality cacao from a single estate in northern Madagascar. Delivers an enchanting bouquet of delicately roasted cacao, fresh lime, and a hint of vanilla.
Single Origin Brazil 70% — Uses single-origin cacao cultivated using traditional cabruca farming in the coastal region of Bahia, Brazil. Features aromas of fine dried wood and roasted nuts, with a smooth and lingering finish.
Single Origin Trinidad 80% — Sourced from single-origin cacao grown in the Gran Couva region of Trinidad and Tobago. Offers a delicate roasted tobacco note with fruity floral hints of red berries.
Single Origin India 90% — Crafted from exceptionally fine cacao beans from Andhra Pradesh, India. This intensely dark bar opens with rich, sensual aromas that evolve into notes of dried fruit and gentle roast, leading to a powerful cacao finish.
White Tablet 36% — A white chocolate celebrating the subtle aromas of milk, cream, and vanilla. With a high cacao butter content of 36%, it represents the purest expression of white chocolate.
Milk Tablet 36% — A timeless classic. Authentic cacao flavor is beautifully complemented by the rich aroma of Swiss Alpine milk, caramel, and delicate vanilla notes.
Milk Tablet 49% — An elegant reinterpretation of milk chocolate. With a higher cacao content and reduced sugar, it achieves a perfect balance of deep roasted notes, smooth milk, and subtle floral vanilla.
Summer Fruit-Flavored Chocolates
Tablets Limited Edition — ¥2,309 each (tax included)
Three summer-limited flavors are available for the season. Rich fruit notes — with refreshing acidity and delicate sweetness — are paired with Läderach's premium chocolate for a taste exclusive to summer. For the best experience, they are recommended chilled to 18–22°C.
Lemon Tablet — A blend of top-quality lemon and smooth natural Swiss yogurt with a white chocolate base. A light, tangy flavor that bursts on the palate — perfect for warm summer days.
Raspberry Tablet — Sun-ripened raspberries blended with melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate. The vivid pink color and gentle acidity make for a refined treat.
Blonde Caramel Tablet — Läderach's signature caramel-flavored blonde chocolate. With a cacao butter content of 36%, it offers an exceptionally creamy, melt-on-the-tongue texture.

A summer-limited assortment of 24 carrés in four vibrant fruit flavors: white chocolate with lemon ganache, a pink carré filled with raspberry and yogurt ganache, blonde chocolate with tropical passion fruit ganache, and dark chocolate filled with blackcurrant and white chocolate ganache.
Free Cooler Bag Campaign
From June 8, 2026 (Monday), customers who spend ¥5,400 or more (tax included) at any Läderach store will receive a small cooler bag as a gift, while those spending ¥8,640 or more will receive a large cooler bag. This is a seasonal campaign running for a limited time during the summer period.
