A new summer limited dessert is heading to dari K Marunouchi Oazo: the "Paripari Cacao and Cashew Milk Shaved Ice," available from June 4, 2026 (Thursday) through September 30, 2026 (Wednesday).
The highlight of this shaved ice is the dramatic textural change it offers. Fluffy shaved cashew milk ice is brought to the table alongside warm, 100% cacao paste (cacao mass). When customers pour the warm cacao over the cold ice, it solidifies almost instantly — producing a crispy, crackly snap with every bite. This year's version also adds cacao nib toppings, introducing an additional crunchy element as you eat your way through the dessert.
The experience of pouring the cacao yourself is available for eat-in orders only, and the moment the warm cacao meets the ice can be enjoyed right at the table.
