The lineup opens with a cool, Tanabata-inspired glass dessert, followed by a shortcake and a tart that generously showcase peaches at the peak of the season — refreshing treats meant to be enjoyed as the summer heat sets in.
Tanabata Glass
The Tanabata Glass is a seasonal glass dessert with a striking, cool blue color reminiscent of the Tanabata night sky. A clear, ramune-flavored jelly encases colorful mango, kiwi, strawberry, and blueberry pieces along with nata de coco, layered with a light and airy fromage cream and finished with a charming cherry on top. Its refreshing flavor and festive look bring a Tanabata mood to the table.
