Starting May 11, 2026, Ginza Cozy Corner will be selling a collection of seasonal sweets made with both "red-flesh melon" and "green-flesh melon" at fresh cake stores across Japan.
Note: Fresh cake stores are not available in Hokkaido, Kyushu, or in Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, or Kochi prefectures.

As the heat of early summer sets in, Ginza Cozy Corner has once again prepared a refreshing lineup of melon sweets. The collection brings together the deep, fruity sweetness of red-flesh melon and the light, refreshing sweetness of green-flesh melon, letting customers enjoy both varieties in a single treat.
Shortcakes, milk crepes, and the Cozy Princess are topped with generous pieces of both melon varieties. The decoration cake is adorned with large, lavish melon pieces — ideal for celebrations or family gatherings. A cream puff filled with two types of melon cream and custard offers a lighter, airy melon experience. The lineup is designed to suit a variety of occasions and preferences.

Two-Melon Milk Crepe
