LET IT DIE: INFERNO has kicked off Season 4, bringing a complete redesign to full PvE combat and a new stage-selection system with 20 or more hells to explore. To mark the new season, every Steam edition of the game is on sale at 60% off for a limited time. Meanwhile, LET IT DIE, the game that started the series, has relaunched as a standalone offline version.
Season 4 Introduces Full PvE Combat and a New Stage-Selection System
20 or More Hells Await in the New Stage-Selection System
Season 4 does away with PvEvP, the mode where players could run into battles with other players while exploring. LET IT DIE: INFERNO is now a fully PvE-focused game built around fighting off vicious enemies.
In the reborn Hell Gate, players choose their exploration route from multiple stages based on their Body Rank, and each stage varies in enemy threat level and the quality of equipment that can be earned.
Players (Raiders) weigh their own goals before picking a stage to enter — play it safe and aim for a steady return, or risk death by pushing toward the depths of the abyss. The choice is entirely up to the player.

Generally speaking, stages further to the right offer a higher-risk, higher-reward exploration.

The so-called "final boss" also branches depending on the stage chosen. At the deepest point, where danger is at its maximum, Gouma Musha appears, having unleashed its true power.
Two New Weapons Unlocked
Chemical Popper
A popping unit that sprays highly toxic acid. It delivers a powerful blow to enemies directly ahead while releasing poison bubbles that go off after a delay, eating away at enemies from the inside.

Its Death Blow attack sends the wielder leaping backward while planting a poison bubble. After a short time it detonates, sending out a shockwave that inflicts the Corruption status ailment.
Summon Chela
A summoning weapon that calls forth the claw of a giant crab said to dwell in the demon realm. Holding down the button charges an attack that, on hit, mercilessly drags the target in close.

Its Death Blow is a ranged attack that fires the claw's tip. On a hit, it clamps onto the target and deals additional damage over time.
Season 4 also updates the crafting system used to make equipment and items, along with a range of balance adjustments tied to the shift to full PvE. Full details are available in the News section of the official site.

Players can jump right in by purchasing the newly available "Offline Key," and anyone with save data from the online version can carry it over through November 30, 2026 (Mon).
The offline version now allows unlimited attempts at the Tower of Barbs, home to an endless trial, and adds new equipment and quests, raises the caps on growth and reinforcement, eases crafting material requirements, and removes wait times — evolving into a definitive edition that pairs substantial content with everyday convenience.
For details on pricing, save data transfer, and the new in-game features and balance changes that came with the shift offline, see the official site.

About LET IT DIE: INFERNO
"Senpai, let's head for the bottom of hell."
LET IT DIE: INFERNO is a rogue-lite survival action game centered on PvE combat against grotesque monsters and hostile soldiers, playable solo or in a duo with a friend.
After humanity survived an unprecedented cataclysm known as Earth Rage, a massive hole large enough to swallow an entire city appeared. People came to call it Hell Gate, and it's rumored that a crystal called the Eye of the Reaper — said to hold enough energy to rule the world — lies sleeping at its deepest point.
Push through the Inferno, where stage layouts and item placement change every time, and aim to conquer it and make it back alive.
Alongside the main game mode's intense battles inside Hell Gate, the game also offers content focused purely on player-versus-player battles, letting players enjoy the powered-up world of LET IT DIE to the fullest.
LET IT DIE: INFERNO is sold in three editions, each with different included items. Check the official site for details and pick the one that suits you.
