Original Goods for Lisa Larson's Way Exhibition Now Available at PLAY! MUSEUM in Tachikawa, Tokyo

Tonkachi Inc. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Yukari Katsuki) has released original merchandise for the Lisa Larson's Way exhibition currently held at PLAY! MUSEUM in Tachikawa, Tokyo.

These items are now available for advance purchase at PLAY! MUSEUM. They will also be sold sequentially at the online shop Tonkachi Store.

Exhibition goods lineup

Starting December 27, 2025, the Lisa Larson's Way exhibition has been held at PLAY! MUSEUM in Tachikawa, Tokyo. To commemorate the opening of this exhibition, Tonkachi has created original exhibition goods.

This lineup includes items based on Lisa's sketches being unveiled for the first time in this exhibition, as well as goods inspired by tools actually used at her pottery-making site. The collection features items deeply connected to the exhibition content. Enjoy shopping at the venue along with the exhibition. (From the special feature site)

Lisa Larson

Lisa Larson

Born in Sweden in 1931, she is a ceramic artist representing Northern Europe. Discovered by Stig Lindberg, she worked at Gustavsberg, Sweden's largest ceramic production company. She became a central designer supporting the company's golden age. She became freelance in 1980 and has since worked with numerous clients. In 2022, she was awarded a medal from the government for many years of excellent work that renewed and enriched Swedish art and crafts.

PLAY!

PLAY! is a complex cultural facility that opened in 2020 at GREEN SPRINGS, a new district at the north exit of Tachikawa Station in Tokyo. PLAY! MUSEUM on the 2nd floor is an art museum themed on pictures and words. PLAY! PARK on the 3rd floor is an indoor plaza for children themed on encounters with the unknown.

Access: About 10 minutes walk from JR Tachikawa Station north exit and Tama Monorail Kita-Tachikawa Station (toward Showa Memorial Park)
