The project is a collaboration between SpaciaNet Japan, which develops and operates unmanned lodging facilities using its "AirXpress" system, and Hajime Construction, a major homebuilder within the Iida Group Holdings. The villas were designed specifically for vacation rental use, with layouts, equipment, and spatial flow optimized for both comfort and functionality.
Background: Addressing the Accommodation Gap in Northern Okinawa
Northern Okinawa is home to many popular tourist attractions, yet accommodation options for families, groups, and longer stays have been limited. According to Okinawa Prefecture data, resort hotels account for approximately 52% of long-stay accommodation, while condominium-type and entire-unit rentals remain scarce. Attracting long-stay visitors is also identified as a key priority in the Nago City Tourism Promotion Plan.
Livele Garden Villa was built around the concept of "staying like you live there," designed to meet diverse traveler needs — from short stays to mid-to-long-term visits.
