Loisir Hotel Naha Launches Monthly "Kariyushi Ryukyuan Set Meal" on Ryukyuan Cuisine Day

Ryukyu Dining Hanafu at Loisir Hotel & Spa Tower Naha is hosting a regular "Kariyushi Ryukyuan Set Meal" on Ryukyuan Cuisine Day — the third Thursday of every month — during lunch service. The set meal is prepared by a master of Ryukyuan cuisine officially certified by Okinawa Prefecture, in an effort to promote and pass down the culinary traditions of the Ryukyu Kingdom.

The flavor of the set meal depends on meticulous preparation work that begins several days in advance. As a result, reservations must be made by 4:00 PM on the preceding Monday (the 3rd Monday of the month), and the event operates on a fully advance-reservation-only basis.
