It is part of "Traveling Lululun" (旅するルルルン), a regional limited-edition series from the face mask brand Lululun. According to the company, the Lululun series has sold more than 3 billion sheets in total between July 2011 and February 2026.
Background: Natural Blessings Gathered on a Journey Around Shikoku
Shikoku has a mild climate and abundant nature, and a wide variety of citrus fruits have been grown there since long ago.
The Seto Inland Sea coast is known for little rain throughout the year and long hours of sunshine. Sunlight pours down on the terraced fields spread across the hillsides, and this environment is known as the "three suns": sunlight from the sky, light reflected from the sea surface, and light reflected off the stone walls. It is said to raise the sugar content of the citrus fruits.
Shikoku Lululun packs the secrets of dewy, beautiful skin from citrus fruits raised in this rich Shikoku climate into a Shikoku-exclusive special face mask.

Four Special-Care Masks Packed With Shikoku's Blessings
Wrapped in the fresh scent of citrus, the masks aim to leave skin dewy and glowing. The lineup travels through the blessings of the four Shikoku prefectures, with four masks in all.
1. Tokushima: Sudachi Scent
The refreshing blessings of sudachi from Tokushima, where the journey around Shikoku begins

Sudachi peel oil from Tokushima (moisturizing ingredient: sudachi peel oil)
Sudachi is an essential part of Tokushima's food culture. The extract taken from sudachi raised by clear streams and greenery gives the skin plenty of moisture and leads to a smooth impression.
Amachazuru extract from Tokushima (moisturizing ingredient)
A plant familiar in Tokushima, where herb culture has taken root since the Edo period. It protects the skin from external irritation such as dryness, leading to dewy, even-textured, healthy-looking skin.
2. Kagawa: Iyokan Scent
The gentle blessings of iyokan grown amid the calm scenery of the Seto Inland Sea

Iyokan peel extract from Kagawa (moisturizing ingredient)
Kagawa's iyokan, raised with care one fruit at a time, contain polyphenols. The extract fills skin concerned about dryness damage with moisture, leading to smooth, glossy skin.
Strawberry flower extract from Kagawa (skin-conditioning ingredient)
The mask contains an extract taken from the flowers of strawberries carefully grown in the prefecture, including Kagawa's brand strawberry Sanuki Hime (さぬきひめ). It moisturizes the skin and brings out the translucency of skin that tends to look dull from dryness (preventing dullness caused by dryness).
3. Ehime: Unshu Mikan Scent
The fresh blessings of unshu mikan from orchards bathed in warm sunlight

Unshu mandarin orange fruit water from Ehime (moisturizing ingredient)
Ehime is one of Japan's leading citrus-producing regions, and its unshu mikan grow under plenty of sunshine. The light, dewy moisture that comes from the fruit fills the skin and conditions it.
Pearl protein from Ehime (skin-conditioning ingredient: hydrolyzed conchiolin protein)
Ehime's pearls (akoya oysters) are among the top in Japan in production volume. The extract is rich in amino acids, smooths the skin's texture and brings out a pearl-like glow.
4. Kochi: Yuzu Scent
The abundant blessings of yuzu nurtured by the babbling of clear rivers

Yuzu fruit extract from Kochi (moisturizing ingredient)
The mask uses yuzu from the Nakayama district of Yasuda Town, Aki District, which is known for high quality even within Kochi Prefecture. The extract from yuzu raised in clear air and clean streams fills the skin with moisture and conditions it to be plump and smooth.
Ginger root extract from Kochi (skin-conditioning ingredient)
An extract from Kochi ginger, which ranks No. 1 in Japan in production volume. It leads skin that tends to look cloudy from dryness toward a lively, bright impression.
Limited Packaging Inspired by the Ohenro Pilgrimage

The box is a limited package inspired by "Ohenro" (お遍路, the Shikoku pilgrimage), a culture unique to Shikoku. The design connects the lands of the four Shikoku prefectures with a single path, imagining the Ohenro route from Tokushima to Kochi, Ehime and Kagawa, and conveys the excitement of traveling past each region's scenery and specialties.
Opening the box reveals four colorful individually wrapped face masks, each themed on one of the prefectures. The set is suggested both as a souvenir for someone special and as a special treat for yourself.
