Mahou Shoujo no Inshuu Mura, a new ADV game currently in development by game brand Acacia, has surpassed 30,000 Steam wishlist registrations just three days after the listing went live. The game is set to be distributed by Good Smile Company.

Mahou Shoujo no Inshuu Mura is a magical girl × folklore suspense novel game from Acacia — the creative brand behind Mahou Shoujo no Majutsushi Sabaki, the magical debate mystery ADV that has sold over 500,000 copies worldwide.

Story
When Sakuya Watanuki wakes up inside an old shrine, she finds the corpse of a girl hanging before her — a girl with flowers blooming all over her body.
All she and her best friend had meant to do was visit the village for a certain purpose. Yet here she is, with no idea what has happened to her.
Nine other girls who survived inside the shrine all had flowers blooming from one of their eyes.
Then an attendant girl named Yumemi appears and explains the situation:
"You have been chosen as magical girls for the Kamibana. Every night at 8:00 PM, during the Ritual of the Flower Offering, a girl is selected to be offered to the Kamibana — and she is hanged."
