Mawashi Zushi Katsu Launches February Seasonal Menu Featuring Firefly Squid and Whale

Starting February 5th (Thursday), all Mawashi Zushi Katsu and Sushi Katsu locations introduce their winter limited menu. The seasonal offerings blend the lingering flavors of winter with hints of spring.

February Seasonal Highlights

The new menu features sushi and drinks incorporating the refreshing aroma and acidity of jikichi citrus, including "Sea Bream with Jikichi" and "Charred Sanriku Saury with Jikichi." Additionally, "Jikichi Sour," a drink packed with frozen jikichi in a full mug, offers a unique citrus experience.
