Meguro River Cherry Blossom CHANDON Cruise Returns for Spring 2026

SPICE SERVE Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kohei Yamada), which operates the private cruising service "Anniversary Cruise," has announced the return of the spring-exclusive "Meguro River Cherry Blossom CHANDON Cruise" for a limited time starting March 20, 2026 (Friday, public holiday).

The cruise offers an extraordinary cherry blossom viewing experience, gliding through the famous "sakura tunnel" where blooming cherry trees arch over both banks of Meguro River, one of the nation's most popular hanami spots.

This well-received program returns for 2026 with the arrival of spring.

Premium Cherry Blossom Viewing on a Private Cruise

Cherry blossom cruise experience

Unlike traditional hanami involving crowds and spot-saving, this cherry blossom program offers approximately 90 minutes of private cruising centered around the Meguro River viewing area.

Guests can enjoy a luxurious moment experiencing spring's arrival with all five senses, admiring the full bloom of sakura and waterside scenery while sipping the sakura-pink "CHANDON Rosé."

The boat's interior features special decorations created exclusively for this program.

Notably, the "Annie" boat will feature limited-time special wrapping embodying the CHANDON brand worldview, adding vibrancy to Meguro River's cherry blossom season.

Enhanced Experience for 2026

Special wrapped cruise boat

The 2026 "Meguro River Cherry Blossom CHANDON Cruise" plans to introduce a new vessel in addition to the regular Annie and Lily boats, creating a more diverse lineup to meet various needs.
*The new vessel will be available for sale simultaneously with Annie and Lily.

All offerings are private charter plans only, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed time with family and friends for hanami, anniversaries, or special celebrations without concern for surroundings.

Strong International Appeal with Growing Inbound Demand

International guests enjoying the cruise

This cruise attracts not only domestic customers but also increasingly strong support from international tourists visiting Japan.

Currently, foreign guests account for 46% of all passengers, with visitors from various countries around the world boarding each year. Further growth in international usage is expected for 2026.

The ability to simultaneously experience "private space" and "Japanese spring" at Meguro River, one of Japan's premier cherry blossom viewing locations, earns high praise from the inbound market.

Popular Spring-Limited Program with Frequent Sold-Out Departures
