Miyako Hotel Yokkaichi (1-3-38 Yasushima, Yokkaichi, Mie) has refreshed the lunch menu at its Restaurant & Guest Lounge "Palmiere," now available year-round. The theme — "Luxurious Vegetable Time at the Hotel" — centers on a Deli & Salad Marché offering more than 20 types of healthy, colorful vegetable dishes in a bright, sunlit space designed for a relaxed lunch experience.

Deli & Salad Marché

The marché brings together a wide range of fresh greens, including baby leaves, kale, and the pleasantly bitter treviso and chicory, alongside a variety of chef-crafted deli items. Standouts include a pumpkin, walnut, and cranberry salad, as well as a refreshing yuuba (tofu skin) and mushroom dish seasoned with pickled plum. Crunchy lotus root chips and fragrant dukkah add texture and aroma, while five dressings and balsamic vinegar allow guests to create their own customized plate.
