New Entertainment Floor Opens at Nagoya PARCO on September 4, Featuring Godzilla, Kamen Rider, and ONE PIECE Character Shops

Toward One of Japan's Largest Entertainment Areas

Nagoya PARCO (Store Manager: Hideyuki Takakuwa) will open a new floor on the West Building's 8th floor on Friday, September 4, 2026, combining anime and manga character shops with the large-scale event space "PARCO HALL." The floor brings together 10 shops, including five making their Tokai-region debut, such as "Godzilla Store Nagoya" and "Kamen Rider Store Nagoya." With this addition, the store's entertainment shops will grow to around 40 in total, transforming Nagoya PARCO into a new "PARCO 'entaPARK'" and one of Japan's largest-class entertainment zones.* Themed around "CHARACTER × GALAXY = CHARAXY," the floor's expanding world of IPs and characters is expressed through a new cosmic-inspired brand look. The mall aims to draw visitors from within Nagoya and the surrounding area, as well as inbound tourists from further afield.

Making Nagoya PARCO a New Destination

In addition to "PARCO HALL," an exhibition space capable of hosting large-scale events, "THE GUEST CAFE BY PARCO," which offers collaboration menus linked to events, will also be renewed. Nagoya PARCO will further strengthen its lineup of new events and trending content in the Nagoya area, working together with the character shops to contribute to the growth of entertainment in Nagoya.

Nagoya PARCO's projected inbound sales for fiscal 2025 (March 2025 to February 2026) grew significantly, reaching 155% of the previous year's figure. To further attract inbound visitors, the store aims to draw international customers shopping in central Nagoya by gathering popular content with a large overseas fan base, led by "ONE PIECE Mugiwara Store Nagoya."

Full Details to Be Revealed in a Second Announcement

A second announcement, planned for early next month, will reveal the floor's concept and imagery. It will also unveil the full picture of the new floor, including collaboration items and limited-edition products with Nagoya PARCO's tenant shops, as well as opening events. Stay tuned.
