EKAL, a brand operating from TINY GARDEN Tateshina — a lakeside accommodation facility on the shores of Tateshina Lake in Chino, Nagano — brings its concept of seamlessly connecting daily life with nature under the theme "Not the sea, not the mountains — to the lake." A new functional fabric T-shirt combining moisture-wicking, quick-drying, lightweight, and easy-care properties, making it suitable for everything from everyday wear to outdoor activities.
Made from a fabric with a natural, cotton-like texture, the material uses specially shaped cross-section fibers that increase the surface area of each fiber, allowing sweat to be quickly absorbed, spread, and dried — keeping wearers comfortable even in hot and humid summer conditions.
The design draws inspiration from the sleeve patterns of sports uniforms found in hockey and American football, offering excellent arm mobility. A rubber spindle at the hem allows for silhouette and fit adjustments, adding a three-dimensional shape for styling versatility.
