New Era, the global sports and lifestyle brand, is opening its third store in the Osaka area, New Era Umeda South (NEW ERA® UMEDA SOUTH), at Diamor Osaka on Thursday, November 12.
The store makes use of its wide, horizontally elongated space, with the entire entrance side open to the walkway so that shoppers can walk in directly from the passage. The fixtures, which combine steel and wood for a clean, refined look, are a new design developed for this store.
Headwear, New Era's signature product, centers on curved-visor caps. Apparel features NEW ERA® BLACK LABEL, a collection exclusive to New Era's directly operated stores. The store also carries a wide range of carefully selected accessories, including bags, socks and travel goods, making it a space that brings together the world of New Era.
To mark the opening, the store is releasing caps and a side patch in designs exclusive to New Era Umeda South. The 9FORTY™ features a diamond-cut TPU "NEW ERA" logo, a nod to the name of the facility, Diamor, along with the store name "UMEDA SOUTH." The 9THIRTY™ is a simple design that is easy to coordinate, with "New Era" embroidered on the front and "Umeda South" embroidered in script on the sweatband. The side patch, set against a background inspired by diamonds and sparkles, carries embroidery that matches the 9THIRTY™.
