Pandora Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station is situated in Umeda, one of western Japan's largest terminal areas, just outside the central ticket gate on the second floor of Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station. The interior adopts a sophisticated and refined design characteristic of the Pandora brand, creating a space where shoppers can discover jewelry that expresses their own personal style.
The store is also set to introduce an engraving service, currently offered at select locations. Approximately 20 types of items — including charms, bracelets, and rings — can be personalized by combining different fonts and symbols or adding hand-drawn illustrations, turning each piece into a truly one-of-a-kind creation. It is a service well suited for self-gifting, commemorating special moments with friends or a partner, or presenting as a thoughtful gift to loved ones.
Engraving fee: A flat fee of ¥2,000 (tax included) applies per use of the engraving machine, regardless of design, in addition to the purchase price. Engraving is a personal service carried out at the customer's request and with their consent; returns, exchanges, or refunds after engraving are not accepted. If you are not satisfied with the result due to an error on our part or a machine malfunction, please speak with a staff member.
