Purchase proceeds support the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA)'s unique exhibitions, extensive educational programs, and collection preservation. In 1932, MoMA became the first art museum to establish a dedicated architecture and design department with resident curators. By the mid-20th century, it took on the pioneering role of defining and promoting the value of "Good Design." MoMA Design Store continues to advocate for "Good Design." Shopping is available at the online store, flagship stores in Omotesando, Kyoto, and Shinsaibashi, select Loft locations, and New York.
