■ The Vision Behind Orion Island Waves, Okinawa's Senagajima's First Festival

Set against one of Japan's most liberating locations, music, art, and Okinawan nature gently blend together. We want each visitor to be freed from daily life and spend "a special day" deeply etched in their hearts—with this vision, "Orion Island Waves" was launched as a festival that fully utilizes Okinawa's nature, culture, and atmosphere.

The shallow Senaga West Beach, the sunset sinking into the horizon, stars twinkling in the night sky. On this island where the sea and sky open wide, surrendering to the sea breeze (umikaji) that sweeps through the island, hearts unwind and senses awaken through music and beer.

What this festival aims to deliver is the experience of fully embracing the concept itself: "UNWIND & AWAKEN"

How do we convey Okinawa's charm as an experience of pride and value to the next generation and to the world? The answer we arrived at after continually confronting this question was this festival set on Senagajima. Orion Island Waves cherishes the unique appeal of Okinawa as a place and aims to make essential contributions to Okinawa through experiences.
