About Hanepyon
Hanepyon is Ota Ward's official PR character and serves as the Ota Ward Tourism PR Ambassador.
The name "Hanepyon" combines "hane" (feather), representing Haneda Airport—Japan's international gateway located in Ota Ward—with "pyon," expressing how the character bounces around Ota Ward's attractive spots, including cherry blossom viewing locations and public baths.
The character features wings and airplane imagery inspired by Haneda Airport, wears a cherry blossom necklace, and carries a bath bucket.
About the Ota Tourism Association

Through this product, the association aims to convey the charms of Ota Ward to residents as well as people in Japan and abroad, and to create a town filled with smiles through this adorable Hanepyon-packaged sweet and delicious chocolate.
