Inspired by the French traditional confection "orangette," the brownie features Valencia orange peel preserved in syrup and Shonan Gold jam blended into the batter. The refreshing citrus aroma of the orange lifts the deep, rich flavor of the chocolate, while the bittersweet notes of the peel add balance to the sweetness — creating a well-rounded taste.
