From February 4, 2026, Pâtisserie PROUST, a Western confectionery shop operated by PROUST Co., Ltd. (located in Hiraoka, Kiyota Ward, Sapporo, Hokkaido; President: Takanori Nagai), will be making its debut at Salon du Chocolat 2026 at Marui Imai Sapporo Main Store. The shop will offer new limited edition products created especially for Salon du Chocolat 2026. Supervised by Chef Susumu Koyama, owner of PATISSIER eS KOYAMA

The fresh-style puff cake sandwich "Hug" has been specially supervised by Chef Susumu Koyama, owner of the famous and popular PATISSIER eS KOYAMA in Kansai, creating a luxurious treat generously adorned with chocolat.

On top of Komagatake milk custard cream sits a French white chocolate bavarian with Vietnamese milk chocolate ganache inside. The bavarian is topped with a perfectly balanced sweet and bitter caramel sauce and crème chantilly. Cacao nibs add aromatic accents and textural interest.

This puff cake sandwich, enclosed between cacao-scented puff pastry, is an irresistible treat for chocolate lovers.

This is a limited edition product exclusively available at Salon du Chocolat 2026 at Marui Imai Sapporo Main Store.

The store will be present from February 4, 2026 to February 15, 2026.

A roll cake version of the signature Proust Roll has been prepared using chocolate, which becomes irresistibly tempting during the cold season.

The pleasantly cacao-scented chocolat sponge is filled with custard cream made with generous amounts of Bourbon vanilla and cooked with Komagatake milk from Donan region, gently whipped cream made with Hokkaido fresh cream, and milk chocolate ganache made with Vietnamese cacao, all carefully rolled together.

This rich yet light roll cake is a treat that keeps you reaching for more.

Log - Vietnamese Milk Chocolate 39% - 1,000 yen (tax included)

A nama chocolate shaped like firewood (Log).

Milk chocolate made with Vietnamese cacao is combined with Hokkaido fresh cream and emulsified into ganache. The ganache is piped into stick shapes, coated with milk chocolate, and finished with a wood grain pattern that gives this nama chocolate a warm appearance.

Several varieties will be available daily at Salon du Chocolat 2026 at Marui Imai Sapporo Main Store, including "São Tomé Sweet Chocolate 66%" and "Strawberry & French White Chocolate 34%."
