Peak Design, the American brand widely supported by creators around the world for its bags and camera gear, is adding new colors to "City Line," a series designed for people who work and live in the city. City Line launched in August 2026, and the new colors are exclusive to the brand's directly operated store.
From Thursday, October 8, 2026, "Peak Design Tokyo" in Ginza, Tokyo sells new colors Eclipse, Lapis, and Stone for two models, the "City Sling 2L" and the "City Backpack 22L," only at the store.
The new colors join the standard Black, Cypress, and Moon. While keeping the understated look that is neither flashy nor overly conspicuous, they offer a way to express personal style through color.

Peak Design Tokyo
Peak Design Tokyo opened in March 2021 as the brand's first directly operated store in Asia, following the San Francisco store.
The store carries all Peak Design products sold in Japan, along with store-exclusive colors and original goods.

A cable pass-through connects the main compartment and the magnetic access pocket inside the bag. A portable battery can stay inside the bag with the cable routed through, keeping the exterior tidy while charging.
One-Touch Removal, Even Over Outerwear
A slim, understated side-release clip lets the bag be removed quickly and intuitively with one hand, even while wearing a jacket or coat.
Key Organization for Out and About
A key tether inside the internal stretch pocket keeps keys from getting buried at the bottom of the bag or lost, so they can be taken out right away.

The bag features a uniquely developed hook made of anodized aluminum that tucks away inside the bag when not in use.
Hooking the bag onto a table or similar surface while out keeps it off the floor and clean, while also keeping belongings close at hand.

The bags use 100% recycled nylon that has received bluesign certification throughout.

MonoShell 660D Fabric
The exterior uses a 660-denier fabric with excellent weather resistance, a soft matte texture, and a quality feel. It is bluesign-certified 100% recycled nylon.
Anodized Aluminum Parts
The BagLev hook and the dedicated strap use aluminum parts with an anodized finish that enhances durability and functional beauty.
PFAS-Free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) Coating

In 2010, Peak Design successfully raised funds on Kickstarter in the United States and quickly became known across the world's photography industry.
