To mark the 30th anniversary of Pompompurin — the loveable, laid-back Golden Retriever character by Sanrio — CA4LA has released a limited collaboration collection, available exclusively through the CA4LA online shop.
The collection was designed around specially commissioned "Team Purin" illustrations, bringing together items intended to put a smile on everyone's face.

Pompompurin 30th Anniv. × CA4LA Face Hat

True to its name, the Face Hat is a three-dimensional representation of Pompompurin's face, handcrafted at CA4LA ATELIER. The base is made from wool felt, layered with mohair knit, and each facial feature is hand-stitched individually. This all-handmade piece also features embroidery of the specially commissioned illustration on the lining.

Inspired by Pompompurin's signature beret, this Basque beret is crafted at CA4LA ATELIER. The character's charming "bottom mark" is incorporated as a pin badge, adding a touch of whimsy to an otherwise simple design. The lining also features embroidery of the specially commissioned illustration.

About Pompompurin
Pompompurin is a Golden Retriever boy whose trademark is a dark brown beret. He is easygoing and carefree — his favorite phrase is "going out" and his least favorite is "being left home alone." He has a hobby of collecting shoes, secretly hiding one shoe at a time from his owner's footwear collection. He loves milk, soft squishy things, and the pudding his mom makes. His special skills include napping, the Purin Exercise, and making friends with anyone he meets. His dream is to keep growing bigger and bigger. He lives in a pudding basket at the entrance of his owner's older sister's home.
