The Kokura Station store, opening on October 22, is the brand's first in the Kitakyushu area. It is a takeout-only shop inside Amu Plaza, a commercial complex directly connected to JR Kokura Station.

With these three openings, RABBIT BAGELS is expected to have 23 stores nationwide. The brand plans to keep opening stores across the country, aiming to become a brand where more people in more regions can enjoy bagels in daily life.

About RABBIT BAGELS

RABBIT BAGELS uses an original blend of Japanese-grown wheat and serves freshly baked bagels, making the dough and baking in each store on an "all-scratch" basis. The bagels keep the chewy "mochi-mugyu" (もちむぎゅっ) texture while being easy to eat, and are popular with a wide range of generations.

The brand aims to make bagels an everyday meal in Japanese eating habits. It says it has repeatedly tested not only the taste but also how filling the bagels are and their price range. With a medium- to long-term outlook, it hopes to spread brand recognition and bagel culture.

At least 15 types of baked bagels are always available

Bagel sandwiches made with seasonal ingredients are also available

In addition to the standard lineup, seasonal limited items are offered, so customers can enjoy choosing in their daily lives.

Sugar Butter, the most popular bagel, a simple and classic staple that pairs fermented butter with zarame sugar

New and seasonal items appear regularly and the lineup changes every month. These are two autumn-only items.

Store History and Outlook

From 2026, it is moving into full-scale nationwide expansion and plans to open 11 stores during the year, including these three.
