Minami-Horie is a leading culture area of Osaka, where fashion, interior, and café shops with a keen sense of style come together. Tachibana-dori in particular is lined with cafés, boutiques, general goods stores, and interior shops, and is popular with young people who enjoy following trends.
The signature menu item at the new store is a donut that gives kwabaegi, a traditional Korean sweet, a modern twist. The donuts are soft on the outside and chewy on the inside, and are handmade every morning at each store. Colorful, photogenic donuts are served alongside drinks that are trending in Korea, so the shop offers the look and feel of a Korean café.
The café is a fit for a break while shopping or strolling around the neighborhood, as well as for chatting with friends or taking photos. The store adds a new photogenic café spot to the Minami-Horie streetscape.
A range of limited-time menu items, including Halloween specials, will be available to coincide with the opening.
