The poses and breathing techniques are guided by an instructor in English, making the sessions accessible to guests of all nationalities. The sessions take place in the Main Lounge, an expansive space with large windows overlooking the Japanese garden. The lounge features paintings by renowned masters and a chandelier inspired by "purple clouds" incorporating approximately 250,000 crystal glass pieces, creating an otherworldly atmosphere. Despite being in the heart of Osaka, guests can connect with nature in a comfortable environment that remains unaffected by weather or seasons, perfect for yoga practice.
