SIRUP-Curated Experiential Festival “ROLL & BOUNCE FES” Makes Its Debut at Tokyu Plaza Harajuku “Harakado” and Tokyu Plaza Omotesando “Omokado”

Tokyu Plaza Harajuku “Harakado” (hereafter “Harakado”) and Tokyu Plaza Omotesando “Omokado” (hereafter “Omokado”) will host the experiential culture event “ROLL & BOUNCE FES” on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 (a national holiday).

The event is a new project launched by the artist SIRUP together with 山崎菜美子, a producer active in fashion and street culture. Under the concept “Culture Crossing. Creating a crossroads of culture.”, it offers a wide range of content including live performances, DJ sets, talks, jam sessions, and workshops. Set across the two buildings, it is a one-day platform where visitors can experience not only music but also the culture, people, and values behind it.

Removing “Unconscious Dividing Lines”

Just as many people once admired Harajuku and came to experience street culture such as fashion and music, Harajuku has always been a town that produces new culture. As lifestyles and cultures have diversified and become more independent, however, people increasingly sense an “unconscious dividing line” drawn by age, gender, or community. ROLL & BOUNCE FES started from the wish to remove such frameworks and create a place where anyone can access culture freely and be themselves.

Harakado and Omokado, the venues for the event, have also been offering new experiences as places to create and experience new Harajuku culture that stimulates the sensibilities of diverse people. The event's wish to create an open place where diverse values cross and anyone can gather freely resonated with what both facilities aim for, which led to this first edition in the heart of Harajuku. With music as the entry point, various cultures will mix, and people who do not usually cross paths will meet in the middle of Harajuku and create a new cycle of culture and community through conversation and shared experiences.

Event Overview

The event is a circuit-style program that unfolds across various areas inside Harakado and Omokado, so visitors can enjoy it while moving around the floors.
