The Royal Copenhagen Shin-Marunouchi Building store in Marunouchi, Tokyo, is celebrating its first anniversary with a special campaign from Thursday, October 1 to Thursday, October 29, 2026. Royal Copenhagen is a Danish ceramics brand, operated by Fiskars Japan Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), that carries on tradition and craftsmanship while producing elegant and delicate tableware.
The store opened in 2025 as a flagship store where visitors can experience the world of Royal Copenhagen. For the anniversary, it has prepared limited-edition items, a special display and a name-painting service for cups.

Seagull was born in the 1890s at Bing & Grøndahl, a renowned Danish porcelain maker. It was a distinctive tableware collection on which an elegant seagull is painted as if gliding across plates and various other pieces.
The style cup going on sale is a limited-quantity item created as a tribute to Seagull. Deep green applied by spray painting sets off delicate gold detailing, and the motif is hand-painted one by one by Royal Copenhagen's skilled painters. Combining traditional craftsmanship with modern functionality, it is a collector's item.

Blue Fluted Plain Shell Dish (Early Release, Limited Quantity)
Blue Fluted Plain is the first pattern created in the Royal Copenhagen workshop when it was founded in 1775, and it remains an iconic collection of the brand that has been passed down for more than 250 years. As proof, the back of every Blue Fluted piece carries the decoration number "No.1," indicating the first design.

Royal Copenhagen Bespoke: Cups With Your Name Hand-Painted
Royal Copenhagen Bespoke is a service that lets customers customize a cup with their name. A skilled craftsperson hand-paints the name at the specified position on each piece, creating an item that exists only once in the world. It can be a gift for a birthday, an anniversary or another milestone, as well as a special addition to a personal collection.
For this campaign, the High Handle Mug (330 ml) and the Style Cup (260 ml) are available from three collections: Blue Fluted Plain, Blue Fluted Half Lace and White Fluted. Customers can choose from four items in total. Orders are accepted for a limited period, from Thursday, October 1 to Monday, November 30, 2026.

Special Display of the Flora Danica Collection
To mark the store's first anniversary, Flora Danica, Royal Copenhagen's highest-end collection, which is rarely on view, will be on special display from Thursday, October 15 to Monday, October 19, 2026.
Based on a botanical illustrated book covering about 3,000 plant species native to Denmark, each piece is painted stroke by stroke by artists in the brand's home country. For a limited time, visitors can see a number of these rare works and get a close look at the craftsmanship and artistry the brand takes pride in.
