TAICHI is releasing a new riding shoe, the RSS017 DRYMASTER-FIT Hoop Up Shoes, built around a thick sole that improves how securely a rider's foot reaches the ground.
The shoes pair the reassurance of a thick sole at stops with a fashionable design that also fits in for everyday wear around town.
The sole measures roughly 4cm thick at the toe and roughly 7cm at the heel, keeping thickness all the way to the tip of the big toe so the foot is supported even in a near-tiptoe stance, improving how securely riders can plant their feet.
Despite the thick sole, the design still considers control while riding. The heel is cut in a flared, outward-angled shape so the foot can move side to side easily on the step, while the arch-to-toe area forms a smooth, continuous shape that makes shifting easier.

Quick on and off with the BOA® Fit System
The BOA® Fit System lets riders put the shoes on and take them off quickly and easily just by turning a dial, even while wearing gloves.
Turning the dial allows fine adjustment of the fit, so the shoe can be tightened to match the shape of each rider's foot.
Waterproof
The shoes use TAICHI's original waterproof, moisture-permeable material, DRYMASTER, for use in all weather conditions.
Reflectors
Reflectors are placed at the front and back of the shoes to improve visibility at night, helping other road users notice the rider while riding.
