Saga Tamaya Hosts First-Ever Hokuriku, Shinetsu & Michinoku Product Fair Starting January 22

Saga Tamaya (headquarters: 2-5 Nakanokoji, Saga City, Saga Prefecture; President: Yuto Yamakoshi) will host the "Hokuriku, Shinetsu & Michinoku Product Fair" for seven days from Thursday, January 22 to Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the 7th floor event hall in the South Building.

This product fair brings together beloved local specialties, including luxurious bento boxes featuring Sanriku abalone topped generously with sea urchin and salmon roe, Fukui's Echizen crab, steak bowls using Fukui Prefecture's branded wagyu beef "Wakasa Beef," sushi, Shinshu's famous oyaki dumplings, and sasa dango. The event also offers a wide selection of regional products from Hokuriku and Shinetsu, including local sake, famous confections, and crafts showcasing artisan techniques.

Visitors can enjoy live demonstrations and freshly prepared dishes in a vibrant atmosphere that recreates the experience of traveling through Hokuriku and Shinetsu. This inaugural event at Saga Tamaya offers seven days to fully experience the charm of these regions.
