Following the success of the first collaboration product—the "Silky Blend Drip Bag" released in November 2024—this new offering brings a different coffee profile to the lineup.
Seijo Ishii x Sarutahiko Coffee Mocha Harmony Blend Drip Bag
The Mocha Harmony Blend is built around Ethiopian beans from producer Niguse Gemeda, who has won the international coffee competition "Cup of Excellence." The blend is a medium-dark roast that highlights Ethiopia's rich flavors, balancing pleasant acidity with sweetness. Notes of flowers, ripe apricot, and a smooth mouthfeel define the cup.
